超臨界流體萃取技術(shù)是目前世界上公認(rèn)的一種高科技生物分離技術(shù)。具有低溫、無(wú)毒、分離效率高等特點(diǎn)。萃取過(guò)程由萃取和分離組合而成。

特別適合于熱敏性及生物活性物質(zhì)的分離。

SFE是最干凈的提取方法,全過(guò)程不用有機(jī)溶劑,萃取物無(wú)殘留溶媒,同時(shí)也防止了提取過(guò)程對(duì)人體的毒害和對(duì)環(huán)境的污染;

CO2無(wú)味、無(wú)臭、無(wú)毒,萃取過(guò)程中安全性好;且價(jià)格便宜,純度高,容易取得,在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中可循環(huán)使用,從而降低成本;

Advantages of supercritical fiuid extraction diferentiating it from other separation technologies

It is especially fit for the separation of thermosensitive and bioactive substances.

SFE, the cleanest extraction method, uses no organic solvent in the whole process, with no remnant menstruum in the extraction, thus it prevents human harm and environmental pollution.

CO2 is insipid, odorless and innocuous, very safe in the process of extraction; and it is cheap, pure, easy to obtain, and recyclable thus ithas reduced costs.

制冷系統(tǒng):室內(nèi)外分離系統(tǒng),消除了壓縮機(jī)所產(chǎn)生的噪聲及散發(fā)的熱量;采用高效節(jié)能換熱器,大大縮小了制冷系統(tǒng)的占地面積。

溫度、壓力、流量可采用計(jì)算機(jī)采集系統(tǒng)??芍谱鲌?bào)表及顯示運(yùn)行情況(用戶需求)。

All heating and cold storage parts are equipped with heat preservation device to save energy and reduce electricity consumption.

Special CO2 pump: its stuffing boasts high pressure tolerance, good airproof capacity, and long service life, which can control flux with flow quantity control instrument; digital display shows clearly the CO2flux.(This pump has gained national patent.)

CO2 oxidation and recycling: as domestic innovation, it enhances utilization efficiency of CO2.

Refrigeration system: indoor and outdoor separation system removes the noises and heat of compressor, while its high-efficient energy-saving heat exchanger greatly  reduces occupying area of refrigeration system.

Temperature,  pressure,  flow  quantity  can  adopt computeroperated acquisition system.  And according to customers' demands, the system  can produce  report forms and display operation condition.

干燥、凈化器:可完成CO2氣體的干燥、凈化問(wèn)題;可自動(dòng)活化凈化劑;設(shè)有捕捉劑入口,加入不同捕捉劑可以使少量未分離物質(zhì)在捕捉劑的幫助下使之與CO2分離。

Our supercritical fluid extraction device has eight characteristics as follows

Fast-opening structure of extraction kettle: extraction kettle can be opened as soon as gas is given out; sealing material does not dissolve or swell and it can be used recyclable, which saves time and enhances utilization ratio of the equipment. (This structure has gained national patent)

Dryer and purifier: it can dry and purify CO2, activate purifying agent  automatically, and separate little non-separated substances from CO2 with the help of capture agent that comes in from the capture agent entrance.
